Your AI Attendant is here
Your AI Attendant is here to set up your client — give me the information and I will build out your client PBX.
- Tell me what the client needs in plain English — I draft the extensions, the operator, ring groups and hours. You do not touch a config file.
- If anything is missing I come back and tell you exactly what, rather than building half an account.
- You get the finished settings on screen and emailed to you.
You are in test mode, so we will set the account up and it is free of charge to use your own SIP numbers. Give me the client’s numbers and the SIP login they sit on, and we will process everything for you.
The client
Who is this phone system for? The business name goes on the account and on the paperwork you will get emailed at the end.
Phone lines
One row per phone. Name it whatever the client calls it — that name shows on the handset and on caller ID inside the office. Tick one line as the operator: that is the phone that answers the main number and anyone who dials 0.
| Name of this phone | Operator | Voicemail |

Ring groups
A ring group is one number that rings several phones — "Sales", "Everyone", "Front of House". Skip this if the client does not need any.
Phone numbers and carrier login
In test mode these are your own numbers. List them here, give me the SIP login they sit on, and we will process everything for you.
911 service address
Required by law (E911 / Kari's Law) when this client has real phone numbers — it's the address emergency responders are sent to if someone dials 911 from one of these lines. If this client has no number yet, you can leave this for later.
Opening hours
Anything special
Write anything else in plain English and I will read it. If I cannot do something from here, I will tell you rather than quietly skipping it.
